Paystack Ghana fee: 1.95% of transaction, but never more than 20 GHS per transaction. Example calculations:

Flutterwave fee Ghana: 2.8% local, capped 30 GHS. So for 100 GHS sale, fee 2.80 GHS (vs Paystack 1.95 GHS - Flutterwave more expensive). For 2000 GHS sale, fee 30 GHS capped (vs Paystack 20 GHS). So Flutterwave costs more for Ghana sales.
But Flutterwave wins for international: Accepts US cards, PayPal, Barter, 150 currencies, can settle in USD to your US account.
